During his tenure, he also held directorships at various subsidiaries including Ping An Bank, Ping An Life Insurance, Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance, Ping An Asset Management and Lufax. Currently serving as Senior Advisor to Ping An Group. He possesses broad international vision, sophisticated expertise in finance and actuarial science, and extensive management experience. He was fully responsible for the implementation of Ping An Group’s strategies, plan execution, financial planning, capital and liquidity risk management, and led the establishment of a complete operation and management system covering “strategy–planning–tracking–delivery” across Ping An Group.

Mainly responsible for investments of CP Group in major global projects with four partners which are CP Group, Ping An Insurance, Itochu, CITIC Group, and CMIG Group. He led CP Group to invest in Ping An Insurance, Itochu, CITIC and China Minsheng Investment, etc., and successfully built a "five alliances" interest community through the bond of capital.
