Following the grand opening of the celebration, Mr. Yao Qiyong, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jumbo Sheen Group, delivered a speech titled Thirty Years of Forging Ahead, Opening a New Era-Chapter for Jumbo Sheen Group. His speech was both touching and resounding. Structuring the narrative around three decades-long phases, he looked back on the journey of leading Jumbo Sheen Group to stay at the forefront of the industry, and also outlined the enterprise’s ambitious blueprint for the future — focusing on its core businesses including equity investment fund management, digital intelligent supply chain platforms and digital services. His words struck a deep chord with all the distinguished guests present and filled every employee with immense inspiration and excitement.“Over these thirty years, we have forged ahead at a brisk yet steady pace, but we have never walked alone. It is our employees who have underpinned every transformation with their wisdom and hard work; it is our clients and partners who have fueled our repeated successes with their trust and collaboration. In particular, many friends in attendance today — you are not only witnesses, but also active participants. Our shared friendship and cooperation stand among the most invaluable assets of these thirty years.” As thunderous applause erupted from all the “good friends” in the Wealth Hall, this collective resonance has injected a unifying momentum that will propel the Group forward into the next thirty years.

As lights flickered and time flowed, the atmosphere of the venue gradually shifted from exuberant to warm and tender. Ms. Wang Jun, President of Jumbo Sheen Group, narrated the heartfelt journey of her joining, being grateful to, and rooting herself in Jumbo Sheen Group. 

Working side by side with Mr. Yao Qiyong, she pioneered the Group’s investment business and implemented the dual-fund operation model covering both US dollar funds and RMB funds. From the precision investment in Shanghai Greenland to accompanying Birentech on its Hong Kong IPO, from emerging as a rising star in the investment industry to being recognized as one of the "Most Popular General Partners (GPs)", the investment team under her leadership has perfectly embodied what it means to be the backbone of Jumbo Sheen Group, backed by an outstanding track record of 14 IPOs and a global investment scale exceeding RMB 20 billion.

That glittering team pennant stands as the finest tribute to the champions who uphold Jumbo Sheen’s corporate culture.

Prior to the official kick-off of the celebration, the 30th anniversary-themed photo wall outside the banquet hall was a huge hit. Guests and employees either posed for warm photos with their families or took group shots with their fellow colleagues who had struggled alongside them. Smiles were frozen in every frame, and memories linked to Jumbo Sheen Group were captured in each picture. Amid the relaxed and joyful interactions, this gathering spanning three decades gradually fostered a profound sense of warmth and belonging.

The cultural performances at the gala dinner were a spectacular showcase, weaving together youthful vitality and composed poise, tender warmth and passionate fervor into a wonderful tapestry.

Opening the show was the performance Lofty Aspirations, a stunning fusion of flag dance and drumming. With sonorous drumbeats and fluttering banners, it instantly ignited the audience’s enthusiasm. Right after, the stage lights shifted abruptly, and the Shanghai Branch took the floor with their dynamic group dance Daoma. 

The performance perfectly captured the branch team’s fearless and competitive spirit, winning thunderous applause from the entire venue.As the echoes of the dance faded, the stage play Jumbo Sheen: Thirty Years & A New Journey Westward, jointly performed by the Group’s senior management team, made a stunning debut. 

Based on the classic tale Journey to the West, the play cleverly incorporated key milestones and inspiring stories from Jumbo Sheen’s 30-year development journey. Shedding their formal business attire, the executives stepped into the shoes of their roles, and their vivid acting and sincere emotions pushed the anniversary celebration atmosphere to a new climax.When the play ended, the venue lights dimmed gradually, and the shadow dance The Brightest Star in the Night Sky began softly.

 Against a backdrop of gentle background music, the narrator’s heartfelt voice rang out, recounting Jumbo Sheen’s thirty years of trials and triumphs in a tone that was both warm and powerful.In addition, the song and dance number We Are All Dream Chasers, performed by eight young talents, ignited youthful passion with its upbeat rhythm. 

The little "Jumbo Sheen Next Generation" stole the show with their hip-hop dance Wishes Come True for the New Year, brimming with liveliness, cuteness and childlike fun. One spectacular performance after another fully showcased the vitality and charm of Jumbo Sheen people across three generations — the seniors, the middle-aged and the young.

This anniversary grand celebration was more than just a ceremony — it was an exclusive bounty feast for "good friends". In a warm and tender atmosphere, the entire venue sang Happy Birthday in unison. Flickering candlelight danced across beaming faces full of joy, freezing this warm and touching moment in time. All guests and Jumbo Sheen colleagues silently made wishes together, celebrating the Group’s 30th birthday and praying for its continued prosperity and even more splendid achievements in the years ahead.“Let us join hands to wish Jumbo Sheen Group a future of sustained growth and renewed glory! Cheers!” As the four hosts delivered this toast, the whole room raised their glasses in a collective toast, officially kicking off the dinner banquet. During the meal, a professional band performed a selection of wonderful pieces. The melodious tunes and upbeat rhythms accompanied everyone as they chatted happily over delicious food, cherishing the camaraderie and savoring this unforgettable evening.

Thirty years mark the end of one journey, and even more so, the starting point of the next. From the initial "Hello" of our first encounter to the warm "Long time no see" after years of companionship; from partners fighting side by side to family members caring for one another deeply — the past three decades of Jumbo Sheen have always been a journey of joining hands with good friends from all walks of life to reap fruitful rewards together. For the next thirty years, may we still stand united in the name of "good friends", stand through storms side by side, forge ahead with perseverance, and embark on an even more splendid journey in the years to come!
